Elements
- About 14 round grain paper wrappers ( is my personal favorite)
- About 1 cup fresh mint leaves
- About 7 oz - 200 g cooked shrimps, peeled and sliced in two lengthwise (I weighted them before peeling them)
- About 14 lettuce leaves
- A Couple Of cups cooked, cooled off
- About 3 cups fresh bean sprouts
For that sauce
- 4 tablespoons of
- 1 cup water
- 1 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 garlic clove clove, crushed (optional)
- 1 tablespoons of grated celery (optional)
Directions
- Begin by conditioning the grain papers. I love to use two grain papers per roll, simply to make certain they do not break. Fill a sizable bowl with tepid to warm water. Dip two grain papers (a treadmill) cautiously and progressively for around one minute, until totally soften. Lay grain papers on the flannel. (Begin to see the pictures, they explain the procedure much better than I actually do).
- Arrange about 4 beautiful mint leaves at the end from the grain paper, then about 4 shrimp halves. Top having a lettuce leaf, a little number of vermicelli along with a small number of bean sprouts (there is no photo from the bean sprouts part since i wasn't capable of finding any your day I required the photos!). Add more mint leaves.
This is the moment when you are able really add virtually whatever you are thinking about -as well as in you fridge- (think cilantro, peanuts, chicken, parsley...). Top having a second lettuce leaf. Keep a couple of inches uncovered on every side.
